• Comply with Meta's Official API usage guidelines and legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that help us operate the platform, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Our sub-processors include:

• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Instagram messaging (sending and receiving messages).
• Google — Gemini AI models (understanding and generating messages) and Google Calendar (appointment scheduling, where you connect it).
• Groq — Whisper speech-to-text transcription of voice messages and language-model processing.
• Anthropic and OpenAI — language-model processing, as part of our multi-provider AI routing and fallback.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase — primary database and file/media storage.
• Cloudflare — object storage for audio recordings.
• Resend — transactional and notification email delivery.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service:

• Leads and CRM records: retained for the life of your account.
• WhatsApp and Instagram chat history: the most recent 90 days are kept in active storage; older messages are moved to archival storage and retained for the life of your account.
• Audio recordings and transcriptions: retained for the life of your account.

When your subscription is cancelled or terminated, your account enters a 30-day grace period. After the grace period ends, your leads, chat history (including archived messages), knowledge-base documents, audio recordings, and account records are permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time during the grace period.

6. International Data Transfers

ultraframeAI is operated from the United States, and we rely on the third-party sub-processors listed in Section 4, which may store or process data in the United States and other countries. As a result, your data — and the personal data of your end customers — may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction. Providers such as Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) and Groq (voice transcription), among others, process data on infrastructure that may be located outside your country. By using the service, you consent to these transfers. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
