1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and ALL MAN 2 LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ultraframeAI platform and services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. As a user of our B2B autonomous secretary services, you agree not to:

• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business API Commerce and Business Policies.
• Use the AI system to generate harmful, illegal, or spam content.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or reverse-engineer our AI infrastructure.

3. Enterprise Licensing

Access to our serverless AI infrastructure requires an active Enterprise agreement. We do not offer generic software-as-a-service subscriptions. All deployments are bespoke and governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
