These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and ALL MAN 2 LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ultraframeAI platform and services.
You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. As a user of our B2B autonomous secretary services, you agree not to:
ultraframeAI is offered as a standard, self-service software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. Our Fundador ($49/month) and Pro ($99/month) plans are self-service subscriptions that you may purchase, manage, and cancel directly through our online checkout (payments processed by Stripe), without the need for an individually negotiated agreement.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to the subscribed plan's features. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and the first charge is applied on day 15 at the then-current price of your selected plan, as displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, or annually where an annual option is selected) and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the unused portion of a paid period. If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. Any refund granted outside these terms is at our sole discretion; where such a refund is granted, access to the service is terminated immediately and no grace period applies.
Upon cancellation or termination, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you may request an export of your data. After the grace period ends, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the ultraframeAI platform, measured as the availability of our core services. This target excludes: (a) scheduled maintenance for which we provide reasonable notice; (b) outages or degradation caused by third-party providers outside our control (including, without limitation, Meta/WhatsApp, Google, and other AI or infrastructure providers); (c) events outside our reasonable control (force majeure); and (d) suspension resulting from your breach of these Terms or non-payment. This uptime figure represents our commercially reasonable effort. Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides for service credits, no service credits or other remedies are owed for failing to meet the target.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
